  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 3 cups Water or Ice (600 ml)
  • 1 Banana (Optional)


  • Peel the pineapple and cucumbers and cut them into small pieces.
  • Put the two ingredients in the blender along with the water.
  • Blend everything for a couple of minutes and make sure you get a smooth, lump-free liquid.
